EU Consumer RightsCycle Haven provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including inspection, tune-up, brake adjustment, drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. Any final scope of work depends on the bicycle's condition after intake and inspection, and additional work will be carried out only with approval where required.
EU CommissionPrices for labour are confirmed after inspection, and replacement parts are quoted separately unless stated otherwise. We may request payment by card, bank transfer, or cash on collection, and we do not confirm a final price before the bicycle has been assessed.
Estimated turnaround times are indicative only and may change if parts are unavailable, compatibility issues arise, or further work is identified during inspection. We do not guarantee same-day completion unless it has been specifically confirmed for the relevant appointment and required parts.
